This is actually the very first time in my entire life that I've really tried a nutritional supplement with my exercise routine. My exercise routine is minimal (the undeniable fact that I 've a workout routine right now is in itself a feat) and although not big-boned I could stand to reduce several pounds and eliminate some unbecoming flab. From 6 - 6:30 a.m. I did my regular exercise routine which consists of 20 minutes on the treadmill (15 minutes of fairly quick walking - 5 minutes of very fast walking). I subsequently do 10 minutes of arm weights. 3 repeats of 20 sets of 4 distinct arm exercises. I discovered on my first day that my treadmill exercise wasn't substantially different but by the time that I got to the weights I had a lot more energy then normal and likely might have done more then my routine set but I just have a specific period of time in the morning. Still needed to fit in breakfast as you're designed to eat 1/2 hour after taking the pill. I 'd a piece of peanut butter toast.
From 7:30 - 8:00 a.m. I'm in the auto driving to work and I brought water with me. Something in my head said I should do this. My instinct was correct. During the 1/2 hour drive, I 'm feeling jittery alert and excited joyful, quite, and a little bit nauseous. I continue to drink my water. Did I say I felt really alert? Yes! Quite alert so then I 've in awhile on my drive
From 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. I'm productive and considerably more talkative at work. Still feeling nauseous and a little jittery and quite joyful. Between 8 and 9 a.m. I needed to pee! By 10 a.m. though the nauseous feeling has gone away. I'm waiting to see if all the energy will go away also. !
At 1:00 p.m. I ate lunch a 1/2 hour afterwards. and took my 2nd pill of the day Felt jittery and a little nauseous again from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. I 'd oatmeal for lunch. I believe I am going to attempt something a bit more significant and healthy tomorrow. Drank more water to get the feeling
On my drive home I had a head ache and I was. Not certain if this is associated with the pills or not. I had some private problems which would have made me with no pills. If the same problem happens at this time will see.
Before working out, woke up a little bit earlier today and took my pill 15 minutes. This made a difference in the truth that while doing the treadmill I was sweating a lot more then normal. I was a small cold. My energy was high but not as much as the 1st day. Wondering if my anticipations got the best of me? My work out was not bad but because I'm not use to being so sweaty it wasn't as unpleasant. I think I better get use to it. I believe perspiration is a great thing. Thermogenics? You betcha! It's unquestionably the nutritional supplement that's causing increased generation of heat in my body!
The remaining part of the day was business as usual. I'll notice though after my 2nd pill, and after lunch a 1/2 hour afterwards, I felt a little clammy (a little sweaty) and chilly. I must keep in mind to keep drinking water. Making multiple trips to the restroom to pee during the day. Considerably more then standard.
My night time routine is really so much more easy. My energy level stays up and let us me get through dinner, assignments with the children, showers, bedtime, etc. and I 'm no longer climbing into bed exhausted from the day. It's not nasty.
Much the same to yesterday. All feelings of being nauseous, jittery, cold and clammy about an hour after taking the pill continues for a little while daily. These feelings don't interfere with my day as long as I eat 1/2 hour after taking the nutritional supplement and drink lots of water. I'm expecting my 5:00 p.m. head ache begins to subside in time. It merely lasts for about 15 - 20 minutes. Loving the energy!
I work out Monday through Friday and today is Saturday so I slept in till 8 a.m. and then took my 1st pill of the day. I housework. then ate 1/2 hour afterwards and I felt a little chilly and clammy maybe like I usually do because I did not work out. I got through far more housework in a briefer period of time since I managed to remain incredibly concentrated and was alert. I was doing chores at a considerably more rapid tempo too! The remaining part of the morning was not bad. I took my 2nd pill at 1 p.m. and then consumed 1/2 hour after that. By mid day I did not feel. TIghtening in clammy and chilly and my torso. I simply drank more water. The water helped take good care of that although I felt a small naseous also. Additionally , I laid down for a little while. I rallied in the late day and evening was great as usual.
After yesterday I determined my day might go although I do not normally work out on Sunday. Additionally, I needed to work out due to all of the energy I was given by the nutritional supplement. I got up at 8 a.m., took my pill, and did my regular exercise routine. Today was much better yesterday, my morning. After I drank water and ate, I felt good. After my second pill of the day I felt a little tightness in my chest but not like Saturday and there clearly was no nauseousness. Evening was again amazing!
Back to my regular weekly routine of getting up at 6 a.m., taking the nutritional supplement, exercise, breakfast and getting ready for work. Adoring to start my day in this way. My mind is clear, I'm alert each day, and energized! My long workdays appear much more tolerable and shorter. I use to fight in the evenings getting everything done so my kids could get to bed on time but since I 'm no longer tired it's really no longer a challenge.
Precise duplicate as yesterday although I did feel a little tightness in my chest again every now and then. Nothing too extreme, only different. I weighed myself this morning. I didn't lose one pound. Bummer. Trusting that will change in the following few weeks.
After one week I feel fantastic! Adore the energy as well as the nutritional supplement and focus I get from it. Makes getting through the work day and exercising simpler and evening hours less overwhelming and tiresome. That said I did not lose any weight in the first week. I'm expecting that I am going to find some weight loss and that the next few weeks will probably differ.
Would I advise the product to family and friends? Yes, in case you are devoted to eating healthy as well as working out. If you have hit a plato or simply can not get the weight, and are already doing this I 'd recommend attempting this. Sadly, I didn't lose one pound. Although I'm unsure if I was using it right. My exercise routine is not maximal. I consider a nutritional supplement in this way is for someone with a more strenuous exercise routine or for the serious bodybuilder. I 'd if I could take the supplement only for the share joy of being awake and concentrated with lots of energy every day! I do not believe that would be a conclusion that is balanced however. Fine....I was unaware they had a Lipo 6 'Hers". Its natural to not lose no or little weight the very first week, particularly when your in adequate shape not big-boned. I have known several individuals who got great, favorable results after a few weeks and took the routine Lipo 6. Keep up the hard work. Thumbs up.
